Technical Details:
1. FEED
PUMP
A feed pump (Brand New) of Stainless Steel to maintain pressure at
least 60 PSI.
2. SAND FILTER
A vessel of FRP (Fiber-reinforced plastic/polymer) size:
54-inch length x 13-inch dia with Multi-Port Control Valve having 3 type gravel
filtration material beds, with backwash system. The sand filter removing
suspended solids at sizes as small as 5 to 10 micron (μn), according to WHO
standards.
3. ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER
A vessel of FRP (Fiber-reinforced plastic/polymer) size: 54-inch length x 13-inch dia with Multi-Port
Valve having gravel filtration material beds and coconut – based activated
carbon, with backwash system.
Media : (made Holland) NORIT
PK 1-3 is a granular activated carbon suitable for
the purification of potable alcohol and vodka. NORIT PK 1-3 is produced by steam
activation.
4. WATER SOFTENER
A vessel of FRP (Fiber-reinforced plastic/polymer) size:
54-inch length x 13-inch dia with Multi-Port Control Valve and one brine tank.
The water softener is used to remove hardness (temporary and permanent) from
the water, replacing these with sodium ions.
5. WATER POLISHER
Consist of one standard
housing with polypropylene cartridge. It will remove the residual and suspended
particles finally down to 1 micron. After passing through water gives sprinkling
look.
6. REVERSE OSMOSIS
Reverse osmosis is a
separation process in which dissolved ions, heavy molecular weight compounds,
and particulate matter are removal from a liquid, by applying pressure to the
concentrated solution (it must be greater than the osmotic pressure difference)
the water flow is reversed. Reverse Osmosis system in computer designed
utilizing the latest up-dated element data from all major element manufactures,
and minimize the number of dead legs or stagnant area.
Bacterial Reduction by RO (Reverse Osmosis):
If installed and
operated correctly, RO membrane elements should provide a 3-log reduction
(99.09%) in bacteria and other organics with a molecular weight of 150 daltons
or greater.

7. AUTO ON/OFF PRESSURE SYSTEM
One FRP (Fiber-reinforced plastic/polymer) Vessel of Size 10” x 54” with
Stainless Steel Pump (Brand New) to maintain pressure 2 bar in line.
8. ULTRAVIOLET STERILIZER
Consisting an excellent
disinfection device for water system. UV light is also capable of destroying
chloramines compounds and free chlorine. Ultraviolet light at a wavelength of
254 nm and a dosage of 30,000 microwatt second per square centimeter will
provide an approximate 6 log kill rate of most bacteria.

9. WATER POLISHER
